      Error messages

      If you received a reply that starts with "keyword error" or "error. ...", it means, in most cases, that you have sent a malformed message, and the system couldn't determine to which service it was originated. Various error messages' descriptions follow.

        There was an error in the message text

        You have sent an erroneous message; please double-check your next submission to comply with the directions posted. Note that even the whitespace between the words is significant in this case.


      • + Error. Wrong message / Oshibka v SMS

        Message designation error

        This means you malformed the second part of your message; it's likely you have missed some of the digits there or added some unnecessary ones.


      • + Error. Wrong invoice message

        There was an error sending an invoice

        You have sent a message to an sms:bank, but the second part of your message got malformed or corrupted. It's also possible that the service was blocked or suspended due to TOS violation.


      • + Error. Wrong key message

        There was an error sending a key request

        You have sent a message to an sms:key, but the second part of your message got malformed or corrupted. It's also possible that the service was blocked or suspended due to TOS violation.

      We apologize, but cellular operators are charging their subscribers in an automatic way when delivering a message, rendering us completely unable to provide you any kind of money-back service for malformed messages.
